National College for School Leadership (NCSL)
The NCSL Building Schools for the Future (BSF)and Primary Capital Programme (PCP) Leadership Programmes bring together local authority and school leaders to maximise the potential of BSF and PCP to transform learning. These leadership programmes aim to provide timely advice so that school leaders can plan their input to the BSF and PCP processes at appropriate points for maximum impact. This is achieved through developing delegate skills in, and knowledge and understanding of, the visioning process, change management, and the relationship between pedagogy and space. There is a strong focus on developing successful and productive stakeholder engagement - giving students and pupils the opportunity to voice their visions and to shape the future of learning for all.

taught in schools and colleges, teaching young people how to deal with the
issues of tomorrow: economic, environmental, and other issues slowly
affecting us all, like terrorism. It would make young people more
politically aware, and some would go on to become the politicians of
tomorrow."
